• Habilitation & Employment Centers

Adults with mental retardation receive individual support to
achieve employment and productive day activity.  This
includes work crews, individual employment settings, and
five separate center based facilities across Morris County.

Adult training centers, serving over 170 individuals, have
programs for behavioral, aging and medical special needs. 

Locations are in Convent Station, Dover, Flanders and
Hanover.  Twenty additional consumers receive job-coaching
services to work individually or in groups in various local
businesses and industries.

Eligibility
The  N.J. Department of Human Services, Division of
Developmental Disabilities (NJDHS/DDD) determines
eligibility for this service.  All referrals to The Arc/Morris
for this service come from DDD.
