Aftercare Program
|
Eligibility
Open to families who live in Morris County and where
either parent is employed, or if a single parent family,
the parent is employed.
Individual served under the age of 21 may have mental
retardation, developmental disability or developmental
delay.
Individuals 21 years or older must have
mental
retardation.
DDD referral required.

12 years and up

Description
Center based program located at the St. Elizabeth
Center in Convent Station for
working families;
participants arrive directly from
school or work,
and parents pick up at the end of the day.
Full and part-time slots may be
accommodated.
NOTE: If a family receives In-Home Respite, they
are NOT ELIGIBLE for Aftercare,
Saturday Respite,
or Respite Recreation Program.
